A loft above the marquee lights of Gay Street
This apartment overlooks Downtown Knoxville's Gay Street. It's really hard to pull us away from those large floor-to-ceiling windows. The huge open living area gets tons of sunlight and fresh air, and Market Square is your backyard, with unique restaurants and shops steps from the door.
Spin a record on the Bose stereo, rack up a game on the pool table, or cook in a fully stocked kitchen with spices and oils ready to go. Keurig coffee pods, snacks, beverages and black makeup-removal towels are waiting for you.
You'll have Apartment 202 and the patio to yourself. Halie is a text away if you need anything, and otherwise won't reach out until after checkout.
Halie's perfect Sunday: walk to the docks on the Tennessee River, then stroll World's Fair Park.
500 State St. $7 overnight on weekdays, free Saturday and Sunday, free exit after 7pm daily. Halie has parked her own cars on the upper floors for years.
